Our cosmetic consultation fee is due at the time of the appointment. If you decide to proceed with the “cosmetic” procedure, your consult fee will be credited towards the cost of your cosmetic procedure. You will receive a written quote that will outline your selected procedures and costs. Follow-up visits are included up to 90 days.
Before scheduling your surgery, we secure the surgeon’s cosmetic procedure fee. This can be done either with check or credit card. We will hold the payment until 10 days prior to your surgery, at which time we will submit the payment to your bank or credit card company.
Fees to hospital or surgery center will also be collected before your surgery, and includes facility + anesthesia. The hospital or surgery center’s finance office will contact you directly for their payment.
We accept the following methods of payments: cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).
If you need to cancel your surgery after payment has been processed and are requesting a refund, we reserve the right to assess a 5% reprocessing fee. If you reschedule, we will hold your payment.
