Payment Policies

A cosmetic consultation is $100 dollars and due the time of the appointment. If you have a cosmetic procedure with us, the cosmetic consultation fee that was collected is credited towards your final cosmetic procedure cost. You will receive a written quote that will outline your selected procedures and costs. Follow-up visits are included up to 90 days.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for consultation payments. We accept check and credit card only for surgery payments.

Before scheduling your surgery, we secure the surgeon's cosmetic procedure fee. This can be done either with check or credit card. We will hold the payment until 10 days prior to your surgery, at which time we will submit the payment to your bank or credit card company. If you need to cancel your surgery we will void the check or credit card voucher. If you reschedule, we will continue to hold your payment. If you cancel after payment has been submitted, we will refund you.

Facility fees to hospitals or surgery centers and aesthesia charges will be collected by that facility on the day of the procedure.
