Park in the Skyway Parking Ramp located on the corner NW of 65th St. and France Ave.

Take the skyway walkway at level C over France Avenue to enter Fairview Southdale Hospital. Stay to your left and proceed to the elevators. Take the elevators to the 4th floor. As you exit the elevators, you will walk through an open pair of double doors. We are then on your immediate right, in Suite W460.
